2. okay – im pretty techie but the videos dont play in safari and in internet explorer they open in a quicktime format but there is no option to save them. please help me out here. i leave to day for vacation and would like to have them before I go. Also pic set 4 isnt on server. thanks in advance.

3. okay it plays in safari now with a delay in starting but no way to save the video files. please advise how.

   • You should right click, save as the link/video and it should save instead of play in the browser.

4. ive done/tried that in two different browsers and doesnt work and this is a brand new computer with latest everything. it seems to be an embeded file.

   • It works alright… click one of the links so that you’re brought to the login page (unless you’re already logged in) after you login it may try to start streaming instead of downloading depending on what browser you’re using and what player extensions you have installed.

     If that happens, click back to the page with the download link and right click ‘save as’ the link and it will start downloading instead of playing. I just tried it on Google Chrome, FireFox and Internet Explorer.

   • Alternatively, go to this link instead – http://ttlmodels.com/michelleromanispak1/ login, and you should be given a list of all zips and videos that you can definitely right click, save as.

    • Please tell about OS you use (windows / mac / android / ios), which browser etc as much as you can so I can at least try to simulate your error and try to fix it.
      Also try cleaning your browsers cache first.
